AI Internship
Serimag
Initially worked on SVM optimization for document classification. Later shifted focus to Generative AI for marketing: building an AI-enhanced video editor, and developing voice chat and text chatbot systems using LLMs.
4th year student of Audiovisual Systems Engineering & Master in Telecommunications Engineering (MET) at ETSETB. Specialized in AI and Signal Processing.
I am a fourth-year Audiovisual Systems Engineering student at UPC ETSETB, Barcelona. Parallel to my degree, I have started the Master in Telecommunications Engineering (MET) through the successive pathway program (PARS), focusing on advanced communication technologies.
Starting February 2026, I will begin my Bachelor's Thesis (TFG) focusing on AI for HAPS (High Altitude Platform Stations), specifically developing deep learning models to predict channel capacity based on platform height. This project combines my core expertise in Signal Processing with state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence.
I thrive in complex, team-driven engineering environments, as seen in my work for HP and my active membership in the AESS Robotics Club. Currently, I am an AI Intern at Serimag, working on production-level LLM and Computer Vision solutions.
I've always been drawn to the problems that others avoid. Since the beginning of my career, my interest has gravitated towards the most conceptually and technically demanding fields. For me, engineering isn't just about solving problems; it's about the pure joy of building things.
Before I even started my degree, I had what I now call "childhood dreams"—the silly fantasies of a kid who was way too into technology. The way some child dreams of being an astronaut, I dreamt of working for AMD designing silicon, or joining Yamaha's Vocaloid team to revolutionize voice synthesis. They were just a child's way of expressing a deep fascination with complex systems and technology.
While I don't chase those silly dreams anymore, what remains from those days is the core motivation: I just want to build stuff. Whether it's real-time Computer Vision on custom Firmware, or Wireless Communications systems enhanced by AI—if it's complex and interesting, I want to make it. My philosophy is simple: Give me a challenge.
[Starting this February] I will develop a deep learning model to predict channel capacity for High Altitude Platform Stations. Research focuses on physical parameters like platform height to optimize next-gen telecommunication links.
View Reference →Collaborative student project for 'Projecte Avançat d'Enginyeria'. I implemented the critical Firmware update system, designing robust memory partitions to ensure secure, crash-proof industrial robot updates.
View Reference →Final project for Digital Speech and Audio Processing. A high-performance digital synthesizer that functions as a MIDI-alternative, using advanced DSP for real-time sound generation.
View Reference →A remote-controlled toy submarine. I developed the embedded communication stack and control algorithms for underwater movement via bluetooth/radio links.
View Reference →End-to-end internship project at Serimag. Built a system using LLMs and Diffusion Models to automate the multi-modal generation of banking advertisements.
View Reference →Final project for Digital Image Processing. Implementation of a content-based image retrieval system using feature extraction on the 2000-image UKentucky database.
View Reference →The final project for 'Basic Engineering Project'. Leading a team of 5, I served as the primary software engineer, developing the entire control stack while the team managed physical electronics.

Active member of the university's robotics student association. Designing and programming competition robots (minisumo, velocistas). Expertise in PCB design and Embedded C for real-time control.
A huge fan of Indie music. I recently started learning guitar to go along with my basic piano skills. I also have a deep technical and artistic interest in Vocaloid and hardware/software synthesis.
A self-proclaimed cinephile with a love for both classic and contemporary film. I enjoy exploring different directorial styles and visual storytelling techniques.
Beyond my professional work, technology is a lifelong obsession. I love keeping up with the latest hardware trends and open-source developments.
To stay balanced, I enjoy indoor climbing (specifically bouldering). It’s the perfect physical complement to the mental puzzles of engineering.
I am always looking for new challenges in Audiovisual Systems and AI development.
